OUR PROGRAMS

BASE
Accessory-driven strength and functional movement training designed to make you stronger, more resilient, and injury-resistant. This is your foundation class that supports everything else you do.

POWER
Explosive strength and speed work that teaches you to apply force quickly. Expect short, intense intervals that build athletic power and high-output conditioning.

HYROX ENDURANCE
Engine-building sessions focused on Hyrox skills, pacing, and race simulation. Designed to improve stamina, efficiency, and sustained performance under fatigue.

STRONG
Structured strength training centered around the big four lifts: squat, deadlift, press, and bench. Progressive programming to build real, measurable strength.

HYROX THRESHOLD
40 minutes of Zone 4 threshold conditioning to raise your ceiling and expand your engine. Sustained effort training that improves output, recovery, and fatigue tolerance.

HYROX SIMULATION
This 60–90 minute class takes you through the full HYROX format. Open to all fitness levels, and ideal for those training seriously for HYROX as well as anyone who simply enjoys the style of training.
